Post Results Services
Prior to making a post results request, please ensure that you have fully reviewed the published grade boundaries for the given component:
Following the publication of examination results, students may request a post-results service if they believe there may have been an issue with the marking or administration of an examination. Services available through the awarding bodies include access to scripts, clerical re-checks, reviews of marking, and, where applicable, appeals. It is important to understand that following a review of marking, a student’s marks and grade may increase, remain unchanged, or decrease, and the revised grade will become the awarded outcome. Students should discuss any concerns with the school’s Examinations Officer and relevant subject staff before submitting a request. Full details of the services available, associated deadlines, and awarding body guidance can be found using the links below.
Please note that awarding body deadlines are strict and requests received after the published deadline cannot be processed. Students applying for university places should mark their request as a priority via the above form if their place is dependent upon a post-results review.
