‘Personal Development’ describes the wide-ranging personal and character development that sits alongside academic achievement. At St Leonard’s we are committed to a Personal Development experience that is broad and balanced and prepares young people to enter the world of work, develop their social relationships and the wider community. We strongly believe that excellence in this area of school life is as important as excellence in academic achievement.
